This beautiful contemporary home has 3 bedrooms, 2 BONUS ROOMS WITH BEDS, kitchen, dining room, game room, family room, 2 full bathrooms and an ultimate spa.
The living room combined with the kitchen features an open floor plan with a funky interior design. The moment you walk in you are welcomed with bright inviting colors to set the right vibe. The next room is the great sunroom; flushed with sunlight making it the perfect area for a large gathering for family and friends to enjoy dinner and spend quality time. On the same floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bonus room and a full bathroom.
On the ground floor there is an ultimate game room featuring a lounge area, pool and ping pong table, foosball, smart TV, table and chairs, poker set and tabletop, board and card games, puzzles and books. In addition there is 1 bedroom, a bonus room with a queen size bed, a super cozy family room for lounging. From the family room is a sliding door for easy access to the patio and spa area.
The entire house is equipped with all essentials such as cooking utensils, eating utensils, basic seasoning, cups, plates, pots & pans, toilet paper, Toiletries, linens, comforters, pillows, towels, coffee machine, etc.
This location is in the middle of all major attractions such as skiing resorts, ATV riding, waterparks, racetrack, hiking trails, horseback riding, water rafting, shopping outlet, fishing, casinos, state parks, and much more!

This kitchen comes fully stocked for all you cooking and baking needs such as: Pots, pans, cutlery , dishes, and small appliances (blender, microwave, toaster, convection oven and coffee maker).
DINING ROOM - heated sunroom, Large table that can accommodate 10 people comfortably. Stocked chic coffee bar including regular instant ground coffee, decaf coffee, Lipton tea, sugar & Splenda.

NOTE:
Our home is perfect for gatherings, family style fun, girls/boys getaway. Please advise this is NOT a party house and we ask to be respectful to the neighbors of our community and be quiet 10pm-8am if outdoors.
AC MULTI SPLIT UNITS installed in the living room, bedrooms, and game room.
We provide extra linen, pillows, towels, and blankets for your convenience.
WIFI: high speed and works with multiple devices to work remotely.
GRILL: use aluminum foil and clean after use for next guests. TURN OFF GAS when finished.
GARBAGE REMOVAL: We provide a special service to save you a trip to the communal dumpsters. Therefore, please leave all garbage bags in the bins outside. Recyclables and cardboards are to be taken to the community dump located around the corner at 117 Thornberry lane, at the BCW community office open 24/7. Please have your guest pass hanging in your car when accessing the dumpsters as the area is monitored and policed.
COMMUNITY CENTER AMENITIES:
Community tags are required for visiting the beach or using other community amenities such as the tennis court, playground and trash removal. You can find these tags in the bon hanging over the desk. Please return all the tags and car badges in the basket before you check-out.
