Negative: Check in half an hour. The man in the reception completely lost. The toilet is very dirty, smelling like a public toilet. You cannot open windows.

Positive: I can’t give it a 10 because I had a hard time with the pillow first night (too hard and tall to me), and I did asked for a smaller, lighter pillow, they said they would give me, but they never did, I have to insist here about that little problem because sleeping well is the bare minimum in a hotel. Other than that, it is a extremely clean hotel, the lady who cleaned everyday the 10th floor, should be praised for her job, cause I saw her cleaning it really well, not fake cleaning all the time I went in and out and everything she cleaned was in impeccable. Breakfast was good. And they have lunch/dinner for R$31 all you can eat! Very convenient and delicious (great job to the kitchen). They are in a mall!!! I didn’t know that until I got there and I loved it. Shower was decent.
