Early check in and late check out are available upon request for $20/hour. Please request when you make the reservation and if it is open we will accept. The maids will be cleaning from 10-3 but you are welcome to stay during that time. Note: It does not mean the house will be ready at that time depending upon the situation and you will need to let the cleaning service prepare the home for the next guests.
Pets are welcome!!! $50 per pet for entire stay. Example: If you bring two pets it will be $100. We say this because the way airbnb has it set up we can only automatically bill for one pet during booking. The additional pets we will send a money request for through airbnb resolution center. Just wanted you to know so it won't be a suprise!
Throwing parties and smoking is strictly prohibited here $250 Fine and cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Summary: Charming, roomy but cozy gathering place. I hosted an open house where family and friends could gather to share a meal and reminiscent about our decades of fun,love,laughter, life, loss,youth,middle and even old age.

Summary: I’m too tired to list all of the issues we encountered. The photos are much brighter and cleaner than reality. It’s an old house with many maintenance issues. Some of them bordering on safety hazards, like the dishwasher not attached and shower head falling off, part of stair rail loose. The loft above garage barely qualifies as air conditioned. It was spacious. Bedding was clean. I didn’t like being forced to buy insurance to rent. I also hate getting charged a cleaning fee and yet still being expected to clean at checkout.

Summary: Property owner was extremely nice. We had discussed some things earlier, and she was willing to accommodate my every need. We had a few hiccups, which we reached out and she responded reassuring us everything would be taken care of it and it was. Super nice and fast responder. Would love to stay at the property again. Very nice house inside and the spacious backyard was a plus!

Summary: It was as advertised. Its a older house which my wife loves in homes. Room for everybody. Air conditioner took a beating from the heat. A heat wave decided to come through while we were in town. Temps were 100 everyday and ac couldn't keep up during the day. Owner was real helpful and responsive to our needs and questions. Definitely would rent again.

Summary: Great location right off Hwy 45. Within 1 mile from HEB’s,WalMart,Kroger, & fast food. There is a public water park about 2 blocks away. Easy parking for a large group during the day. I brought a pop up canopy and was glad I had. The Back deck is not covered and was extremely hot. I had read reviews that loft area was too hot. We brought the small window unit we had in our bedroom at home and it was perfect. AC blows very cool but not dispersed evenly. One bedroom gets most of the AC. A new unit has just been installed and could use a little air flow balancing. Two box fans were provided which was nice to help circulate the air. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: When booking the listing stated 5 bedrooms with 2 common spaces. It was really 4 bedrooms with a living room and a small upstairs room that you could only get to through the 4th bedroom. The house did have a strong smell to it that wasn’t very pleasant. Overall the house was clean and roomy, but definitely needs more updating.

Summary: Area was experiencing high temperatures and the air conditioning system was woefully undersized. With the t-stat set at 65 degrees the system ran 24/7 just to get the temperature down to the high 70's. Additionally, some of the bedrooms were to hot to inhabit, while another room was excessively cool. Also, I don't believe that any indication was given that it was necessary to go through the master bedroom in order to access 2nd floor room. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Summary: Place has potential,but didn’t appear to be cleaned/maintained well.The bottoms of feet were black from build up of dirt on the floor.There were holes in the walls from where the door knob had gone through. Some sort of nest In the back room closet.Major build up of dust bunnies on closet shutter doors.Hand soap already diluted with water.Cookware unusable..Burnt and severely scratched.Deck is a hazard with loose boards popping up and nails sticking out.TV stand and dinning room chair broken. Gutter downspout found laying across the entrance to the house.Wasn’t even attached to the house and had been propped up by a piece of wood.Puddle of water due to constant drip of condenser in front of the living room window.Turned out to be a major problem with the A/C unit.Loft was so hot that no one could sleep there.Owner had no problems refunding my stay but the problem came when I tried to get VRBO fees refunded.They gave me the run around.Being on hold for hours, calls being disconnected,explaining the situation to multiple people and everyone telling me to do something different.Brooklyn(property manager)was instrumental in us getting our refund.She stayed on the phone with me and after catching/calling them out on many lies,VRBO finally refunded all monies.I appreciate her.The entire HVAC system was replaced.I’m a reasonable person.I know that things happen.If it was just the A/C issue they would have received a higher score but overall the property could use a lot of attention.
