Positive: Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel. The kids’ shows and activities were excellent, and the number and size of the swimming pools were really impressive. Breakfast and lunch were great, but I feel dinner could use some improvement. I did face an issue with the air conditioning for the first two days, but the hotel team followed up well and managed to fix it. Customer service in general was amazing, with very good follow-up throughout my stay. i would come back again to Megasaray.
Negative: I had one disappointing experience with the reception. I requested help to collect my luggage after checkout, but even after 20 minutes no one came. When I followed up, the reception manager (Dyalda) told her employee to tell me, “either you wait, or you go pick up your luggage yourself.” That response unfortunately left a negative impression and affected the otherwise excellent guest relationship service. This negative incident was only from one person and does not reflect the efforts of the whole team in Megasaray.

Positive: Absolutely the best hotel experience in Antalya! ✨ I have stayed in many hotels, from high-end luxury to mid-range, but Mega Saray is truly in a class of its own. This is my second visit, and once again I was amazed by how outstanding everything is. • Cleanliness: Spotless in every corner – rooms, pools, restaurants, and all facilities are perfectly maintained. • Food & Drinks: Fresh, delicious, and varied. Every meal feels special, with plenty of options and excellent quality. • Service: This is where the hotel really shines. The entire staff make you feel like a valued and truly welcome guest. Their hospitality goes far beyond expectations. • Facilities: Beautiful pools, beach access, lush gardens, and plenty of activities for all ages. What impressed me the most is how they treated me after check-out. They gave me access to the guest lounge for 8 hours, completely free of charge – something I have never experienced even in the most luxurious hotels in Antalya. That level of care and generosity is exceptional. Mega Saray is not just a hotel, it’s an experience. Every time I come, I leave with more reasons to return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Antalya – simply outstanding! 🌴💎

Positive: * The animation team – they are amazing people, and the games are very interesting and diverse. * The cleaning team in the room. * One member of the pool cleaning team, who was very attentive with us. He is a mute gentleman, I think his name is Mehmet or something similar. I understood that he has been working here for many years. * The water temperature and the cleanliness of the pool. * The 9:00 PM shows, which were very much appreciated by both our child and us. * The variety of drinks at the bar. The bartender Halil is extremely good! * The private pool of the room – a big plus for our relaxation. * The variety of food and the taste. All the dishes had real flavor, which is an important detail. * Probably many other small things also made a difference and contributed to our positive experience. * The presence of a personal assistant is definitely a major plus. And for those coming here to Megasaray, I want to share a funny line that stuck in my mind: “bay bay, ciau ciau, miau miau – shagy shagy” 😄
Negative: On the negative side, there are a few things that could be improved: 1. The hotel is starting to show the wear of time. The reception area compared to the room blocks represents quite a big discrepancy. The entrance hallway to the room, as well as the room itself, are not in their best condition – the walls are rather scratched, cracked, and stained. 2. At the private pool of the room, I assume that each segment of 5–6 rooms has its own space, where in principle each guest enjoys the water in front of their room. However, it felt a bit uncomfortable when people from another segment came into our area, passing under the little bridge and saying they moved because there was no sun on their side. It is a bit inappropriate, as it forces us to close the curtains for privacy when people are standing and looking directly towards our room. Balancing the positives and negatives, we felt good overall and really enjoyed our stay. The services provided and their quality help to compensate for the hotel’s condition and signs of aging, which is truly appreciated.

Positive: Very large resort and great facilities. Also appreciate the customer relation team. We had a request that the main restaurant could not meet. Not a big deal though - but to my surprise the customer relation team texted me later offering the service we asked. They really care about guests and this makes a difference.
