Positive: Breathtaking view over the Brienzersee and the mountains, cosy atmosphere, all equipment and amenities, very warm at nights! Good communication with the owner.

Negative: Sometimes we saw giant ants, but this is nature, come on.

Summary: Perfect place for a family trip, highly recommended!

Positive: The location was really good , with easy access to Interlaken and lauterbrunnen area. The property had all amenities required for a short stay including cooking and serving utensils . This was a big plus for us . It was big enough to host 5 of us and had enough room to spare . It was clean and tidy with a rustic charm

Negative: If I had to nitpick then I would have preferred a better bathroom- toilet combo . It was clean and neat but could be slightly better .

Summary: It was a nice short family vacation for us in Bernese overland

Positive: We had an amazing stay at Andreas’ house, which we had entirely to ourselves. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the outdoor grill was a fantastic bonus for enjoying meals with a view. Speaking of views - the scenery from the house is absolutely breathtaking and made our stay truly memorable. The beds were comfortable, and the house itself is spacious, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We really appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the attention to detail throughout the home. Andreas was a wonderful host - very responsive and helpful through messages, which made everything easy and pleasant. The location is perfect for hiking and exploring the Swiss countryside, yet still quiet and private, making it an ideal getaway spot. We would absolutely recommend staying here - it’s a beautiful place in a stunning location!
