Positive: The hotel is at a great location, nit too remote like other resorts on the island. The resort itself is a magnificent garden โ€“ and it is taken care very much. Staff is super friendly, especially if you travel with kids. We had the family pool villa, which was a great choice. We did eat breakfast and dinner in the resort restaurants and given the 2 restaurants it was always sufficient choice for all. It was good to see the upgrades the resort has undergone in recent years.

Negative: Aircon is a bit loud and old. If you donโ€™t like the thick pillows just ask at the reception for other options.

Positive: The facility is amazing! You will feel like being in paradise. The garden is so beautiful and tidy. Melati Staff is amazing and hardly to find anywhere else. They are always so friendly and kind. Pool area and private beach is lovely too. I can also recommend the Melati Spa, where I received a great massage. I did not expect the turndown service which was a great surprise.
Negative: In my opinion the times when housekeeping came to clean the rooms as well as the turndown service were not consistent. I tried to be out of my room to not interfere with house keeping doing their work but it was not always possible. However, it is no big deal and understandable that it is not easy to always keep the times the same for each day concerning the size of the property.
