Positive: Villa is wonderful. This wonderful location is great but you must have a car. You can hire one from just down the road. From mr BoomTin. Great communication from host. Miss Nee, the lady who cooked and cleaned was great,Felt privileged for the service she provided.
Negative: There are extra charges for electricity/ air con use, which are very high, but not the owner’s fault. Be aware of this extra to factor in when booking. No english Chanel’s on TV there is netflix, and it could all do with a deep clean as very dusty around electrics e.g. tvs, sound system in bedrooms.
Summary: A lovely villa, great host, but car hire is a must, and electric bill at the end is a big ouch!

Positive: This is a fabulous villa, beautifully designed with a view to die for, undoubtedly the best in Samui. However the villa is in need of some TLC. Great service and daily cleaning by Nee the housekeeper.
Negative: The villa is ‘tired’ and certain aspects need updating. Concrete seats in the swimming pool that are disintegrating Air Con units in the bedrooms that are incredibly noisy and can’t be used at night (the one in the master bedroom is held open with string) Wooden panels on the bath that are falling apart Showers that don’t operate With just a little financial investment the word ‘luxury’ could then be used to describe the villa accurately. Please note that there is no washing machine in the villa as is listed in the description of facilities. Be prepared for a bill at the end of your stay for the electricity you have used.

Positive: We enjoyed every single moment in this classy Villa. The Seaview is stunning and the Sunset is spectacular. Everything in the Villa - from the fine furniture to the big kitchen is high standard an well chosen by taste. The whole place is well maintained. Patrick the Owner is a really nice guy who took care of us very well - while keeping enough distance to ensure our full privacy. Every question and inquiry we had was answered on short hand. We surely would go there again - hopefully soon! Thank you Patrick Claus & Sandra

Positive: We were perched on top of a hill with spectacular ocean views. The local beach and beach restaurant is spectacular. A lady came to the Villa each morning to cook us breakfast and do some light cleaning. There are three bedrooms all with their own ensuites… perfect for groups of couples or families… great value.
Negative: It is quite a distance from shops, restaurants and massage parlours etc so you really need a car to get around. That said the contact given to us by the owner delivered the car and came and got it, no hassles. We did need to pay for the electricity we used which was 2,000 Baht for 4 days.
Summary: Absolutely stunning experience! Will stay here again!

Positive: The Villa Sanctuary Apsara was a perfect stay for us. We are a group of 5 friends from Germany and searched a lot for having the best accomodation. Villa Sanctuary Apsara is a modern, luxurious villa, with a great pool and three bedrooms. furthermore the technical equipment with excellent wifi, smart tv, sound system is great. there is also a water dispenser which was great. also the towels were changed as we wished for. The beds are comfortable and also the shower was great. The shuttle service and breakfast service was extraordinary. Also the owner Patrick made our stay perfect. He answered all pf our questions and gave us perfect suggestions. we could walk to thongson bay beach and to bayside beach. the way back to the villa was difficult by foot. for getting around, eg to fishermans village, we did take a grab for aprroximately 250-350 baht. all in all a super comfy and big and safe villa. we will recommend it to our friends. l
