Negative: No water on second day and morning of check out so could not have a shower. We were supplied with water to brush our teeth. It could not have been helped but we should have neen offered a partial refund since there was no water on second and into third morning of our stay.

Positive: The views The staff - particularly Hazel was so so helpful before during and after. The sauna, jacuzzi bath and spaciousness Large rooms - clean witb character Separate bath and shower
Negative: Building tired Cold throughout Handle lock on balcony broken Lack of cutlery Patio not secure which meant we couldn't leave doors open because we had dog Lack of information about eateries/activities locally Map of where we can go. Map of local walks. Office manned more regularly. No cleaning equipment eg broom/dustpan and brush / mob and bucket These were mere niggles as we lived our stay abd would happily return

Positive: The views which are AMAZING The Privacy. Also Grateful for the upgrade as I had pre booked the wrong cabin. But as a previous customer the Staff noticed and I was booked into the accessiable Unit with Amazing views 😀
Negative: We were disappointed at the cleanliness. Dirty dishes in cupboard and sticky floors. Also the grounds are very overgrown and in need of maintance . We noticed the difference from last year ! The Television / Internet service e was poor But we believe this is in hand for next week upgrade . This is an amazing location with amazing views . It's such a shame to see it decline in our opinion . An upgrade of the rooms decor furniture beds and bedding etc and the outside maintenance done would see this Beautiful place survive . ! Sorry for our disappointing review. We just did not feel comfortable .

Positive: What a nice location with just a couple of footsteps away from the Loch Melfort. Our girls really loved it to explore the area. The room was very spacious and made us feel like home.
Negative: Soms minor things, like no cutting board, no bath plug (in a spa bath), and annoying buzz from a control room close to our bed room and poor WiFi (but who needs it in such a lovely place)
