Summary: Excellent hotel but as always nothing is perfect . Please address soap dispensor if your having a bath ? Also very difficult to exit the bath because of the shower screen!

Summary: Overall it’s a nice hotel in a good location in Alicante! The breakfast has a good choice of different items. The staff is very friendly and overall the hotel is very clean! However, There were some very bad smells around the pool bar putting us off using it. The pool area gets really busy and can be difficult finding a deck chair. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to others

Summary: Very nice location right at the beach, but quite disappointing view although booked a room with sea view: Due to hotel walls I couldn't see anything of the beach from the room, just water. Photos here are very misleading. Room was spacious, but with many flaws: TV did not work and switched on with loud noise automatically every now and then, even in the middle of the night, hell... Room generally very noisy at night (thin walls), very loud doors in the hallway, when the neighbor is leaving his room, you wake up for sure... Cleaning started early and was very loud as they were talking all the time between themselves, Jesus... Also there was loud construction work outside next to our room that started at 8am or even earlier on every single day, so no good night sleep at all.. Shower was wrongly set up, hot water was where cold water is indicated, and vice-versa. The (very expensive) drinks at the hotel bar were tasting so badly I could barely drink them, a real shame for that price. Nowhere in the city I received such lame and at the same expensive drinks as at this hotel bar... They send an online link to do the checkin that never worked, reservation number not found... After all, so many flaws at a rather expensive hotel are just pain- and shameful. Would not recommend that place, badly and stupidly managed hotel. Looks good from the outside, but when you look closer it's full of issues.
