3 Bedroom House in Lake Oconee, Eatonton

Our lake house is a peaceful and comfortable home well suited for families. The layout includes TWO king suites on the ground level, each with a private bath, both with a walk in shower, one with a claw foot bath tub. A THIRD bed room upstairs is an enclosed loft with two queen beds and one twin bed..with a walk in shower. The house is perfect for adults down stairs and kids upstairs.
The living room has ample seating with a new sectional sofa and one recliner chair.
The dining area seats 7 comfortably with 2 bench seats and 2 standard chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with new cookware, silverware and plate setting for 8 guests. Keurig coffee maker with single cup and full pot option. Single Cup coffee provided. Wine glasses and insulated wine travel cups for use. Appliances include dish washer, microwave, electric range, washer and dryer. Kitchen accessories include rice pot, food processor, blender, waffle maker, roasting pan. Screened outside patio with sectionals sofa, TV, dining table & chairs is the FAVORITE place to be.
Outdoor features include Weber grill and fan back chairs with lake views. WiFi and smart TV provided. Community Swimming Pool is 200 yards behind house. Community Tennis & Pickle ball Court 200 yards behind house. Lake and Boat docks 300 yards behind house. Beach Access to lake 300 yards behind house. Marina for private boat launching and boat trailer parking 800 yards from house.
Gated Community with safe walking trails and biking options. Very Dog Friendly Neighborhood. World Class Golf access. Excellent local restaurants and shopping. Only 1.5 hour drive to Atlanta. 30min drive to Madison, GA. 1.5 hr drive to Augusta, GA (home of the Masters Golf Tournament). 1hr drive to Athens, GA. (Home of the Bulldogs). 30minute drive to the Georgia Safari.

Summary: Perfect for our 3-day weekend! My husband & I are recent empty nesters & this property is just 1 1/2 hours from all of our kids at Ga Tech. This was an easy meeting point for our family. The cottage is beautifully decorated & comfortable. The kitchen is tiny, but makes great use of the space. Everything we needed was available for cooking & coffee. The Hot Cocoa bar is a nice touch. We enjoyed the screened in porch & use of the gas grill. The proximity to the lake, the pool, the tennis courts & walking paths were great! We rented pontoon boat from Sun Life Marina, which is very close by. It was easy to communicate with the hosts. I highly recommend this property!

Summary: This house was everything and more! We brought our three kids for a low key weekend. The house was perfect for kids and we spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. The pool and β€œbeach” were also a hit! Thanks for such a great stay!

Summary: This was the first time my husband and I visited Lake Oconee and we will definitely be back. Jennifer (the host) was extremely easy to communicate with as well as giving us recommendations on dining out and things to see while we were there. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! it was very comfortable; we felt right at home. The screened in porch was fantastic, but it was a bit chilly for our visit. I highly recommend staying here!!

Summary: This property was everything we hoped it would be and so much more. This is a very beautiful home, with great furnishings in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was equipped better than all of the other homes we have rented. Attention to detail has the upmost comfort of the renters in mind. The lake is beautiful and there is plenty to do to keep you occupied. Thanks Jennifer for being a perfect host. We will be back.

Summary: This house was an amazing fit for our family and jennifer so easy to work with. The screened-in porch was our absolute favorite from coffee in the morning to wine in the early evenings, the space could not be beat, loved having the tv out there too. So comfortable and beautiful view down towards the lake. The 2 master suites on first floor were beautiful and have lovely spa like bathrooms. Upstairs great for our boys. Loved using the dock for fishing, neighborhood pool For swimming and we rented a boat one day from young Harris, ~15 minutes away. A fabulous stay!
