Summary: The hotel is a bit of old in terms of the facility and furnitures. The quality of the room is bit of like some 3 stars motels as the bathroom is quiet old. The white sheets are with some stain of bloods which needs to be improved. However, Reception is friendly and meet the hotel standard. For 1 night stay is still acceptable.

Summary: Really disappointing stay at the Mercure. I have stayed there three times in the past six months, this was by far the worst and I will choose another option in the future. The room was smelly, it was musty when we arrived, there was no option to open the only window to get any fresh air. The skirting boards were damaged and coming off from the wall near the bathroom, making me question if there was a mould issue. The bathroom had a very bad odour coming from I assume the drains. We closed the bathroom door overnight but it was extremely unpleasant to shower in. The shower grout had mould. We arrived late at night and were checking out before 7am so it was not worth raising these issues to swap room at that point of the night. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms leave a lot to be desired.
