Negative: There were dirty cups, and the couch in the bedroom had a bad smell. The shower was either extremely hot, and as soon as you turned on a bit of cold water, it suddenly became freezing. The place definitely needs renovation. I didn’t bother to complain since I arrived very late and only staying for a few hours. The staff, however, were very nice.

Positive: Reception/foyer is nice. Admin when we arrived was lovely. When I had an issue it was resolved quickly. Great location.
Negative: Our first room was on the first floor and had no couch, was very dusty and the view out our window was to an unkempt messy shrub. Dinner room service was almost an hour, my son almost fell asleep waiting for his dinner, bathroom was small.

Positive: The room was a good size and very clean. The queen bed was comfortable and I slept well. The room facilities were fine. It is very close to Garden City shopping centre and restaurants. It is easy to drive to as it is close to the motorway. It is possible to open the window and let fresh air in. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room rate was good value for money.
Negative: The air conditioning unit was a little noisy. I was there in winter and hardly used it however a visit in summer would require it to be on all the time. There was only one of the two lifts working and I was on the top floor. They really need both lifts to work.
