Summary: Upped prices significantly, but little improvement to the rooms. Bathrooms are still very run down and the shower was only lukewarm. Room was good to stay in and lobby seemws to have been freshened up. Would have been a 4 star based on cost couple of months ago but new cost is not great value for money

Summary: We were allocated a room for the disabled without being consulted.Nothing wrong with that except the hot water was luke warm. When we asked for a copy of the menu we were directed to Qcode .For our age this was not acceptable showing us the menu at the reception desk was not the answer.We are not entirely technological challenged but we found this rather difficult.When we did eventually get to the services section no menu came to light.We gave up and dined elsewhere

Summary: on arrival I ordered room service at 710pm it arrived at 930pm after I had to chase it up at reception. the showers were dirty mold between the tiles and the soap jars fell off the wall during the night. the rooms were just made up but dirty dishes and old coffee/tea cups were just left like that. overall very poor!

Summary: It was disappointing that the towels were all dirty on arrival and all of the soap, shampoo and conditioner pumps were empty. It's hard when you go away so seldomly. 😪 The staff were lovely but the cleaning staff kept hanging on the door trying to get us to church out early and we just wanted to enjoy the short time we had left
