Summary: Staff was friendly. The room was large and comfortable. And very clean. We had drinks in the bar and that was perfect. The parking is right next-door to the hotel so it’s very easy to negotiate to the hotel.

Summary: The location is outstanding. In front of a shopping center and a tram stop and two to three blocks away from the historic center with the cathedral. The room was comfy, we slept like a rock. And the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Take the breakfast option if it’s available. It’s the best breakfast buffet I’ve seen in a while. If we go back to Clermont-Ferrand this is where we’re staying.

Summary: Very friendly and responsive staff. I had a problem with the temperature of the hot water. They had it fixed the next day. Breakfast is expensive but a typical French breakfast is readily available at several places nearby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
