Summary: Disappointing the restaurant wasn't open for dinner at night as other dining options nearby were limited. Location was good for CBD area & Elizabeth Quay.

Summary: Sound proofing - double-glazed wiindows? I was on Level 8 and couldn’t get to sleep due to road works below. It seemed very loud.

Summary: The room was perfect as always and al the staff were very efficient answering any questions I had. I am away for one day then back at this hotel for a further eight night's which I am looking forward to.

Summary: Once again I had another great two night's stay at this hotel. Nothing is too much bother for all the staff here. From Crystal sorting out my room for this and two other stays I have upcoming in December to Camilla who was very helpful and friendly while serving at the bar. I even went out for the day and realised I had left my laptop charged in and phoned reception and spoke to a lady who was working on Saturday morning who arranged for Housekeeping to go and unplug it. This was very helpful as I was out all day and my laptop does get hot if left charging for too long. I look forward to my next five day stay starting tomorrow.
