Summary: We had 5 nights at the hotel and everything was great! Compliments to the very helpful and responsive staff!!! They made our stay even more comfortable! This is our 2nd stay are Mercure.

Summary: Staff are not particularly helpful and some of them are lack of enthusiasm (you can tell they are not happy working in the hotel). Room was not clean even living in privileged room. Very difficult to park nearby.

Summary: An excellent hotel in the heart of Susukino. There are two subway stations close by, each within a 5min walking distance. There are plenty of dining options and shops and shōtengai close by. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby also had an espresso machine for the guests that need a shot or boost after a long day. Overall, my family and I would definitely be back the next time we visit Sapporo.

Summary: The gym and the location were the main reasons we booked this hotel. We were very happy with it! Staff was nice and friendly. There is a coffee machine in the lobby - a big plus!

Summary: Excellent staff. Everyone was kind, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was great with many food options. Hotel gym was standard, but a nice use during my vacation. Room was clean and super spacious. Overall great service.

Summary: Rooms were clean, comfortable and quite spacious for Japan rooms. My family enjoyed using the gym for early morning workouts and our friends made good us of the hotel washing machines. Having a separate elevator to get to the lobby and the hotel rooms was at times bothersome, since it took longer, but I appreciated the safety and protection for hotel guests. The hotel location was convenient—close to subway, lots of shopping and assorted eateries available in walking distance!

Summary: Hotel location was great and so was the staff. However, there was a horrible smell on the blanket that even after sheets/duvet were changed, the smell remained and kept me up all night.

Summary: It was a good room but unfortunately some other guests smoked electric cigarettes in their room and the smell came in my room. always at night. Hotel had to be more clear and restraint about non smoking policies. otherwise it was a good staying.

Summary: Love this hotel, easy access to shop, dining and bus airport transfer which is only 3 minutes walking from hotel to bus station. Joanita is the best receptionist in Japan that I met. He is so helpful and friendly. I would go back to this hotel if i travel to Hokkaido next time
