Positive: Location to shops, easy to find, coming from Far East Gippsland. Staff friendly and helpful. Room good size, bed comfy, spotlessly clean, thank you. Only thing we didn't see was a map of Warragal and surrounds and attractions.
Negative: nothing all good.

Negative: We checked in on Saturday and was not informed that there’s no room servicing on Sunday. When I went to reception at 5pm to ask for fresh towels there wasn’t anyone there despite being open til 6.

Positive: Lovely and clean. Smelt so fresh as soon as you walked in. Accra to the restaurant via the hotel lobby was fantastic.
Negative: No shower door made the whole bathroom floor very slippery

Positive: Only disappointing thing about the stay was breakfast well overcooked bacon was rock hard. eggs were cooked way too hot. They were burnt on the bottom. Very disappointing breakfast. The rest of the day was excellent.
Negative: Breakfast and I think there’s a nightclub next door as you could hear music in the background until 7 am in the morning
