Summary: Great central location ! The staff were lovely . The king size bed was so comfortable and probably the best showers I’ve ever had . Very well priced but I thought it lacked a few simple things like a microwave, toaster and knives and forks , I think it’s designed for you to dine out downstairs at Newmasons with every meal . Also you only get basic TV Chanel’s . I’m overall happy though and I will return Thank you

Summary: Booked a room with a spa tub. The tub itself was great but the positioning of the tap was questionable. Other than that it was a good stay.

Summary: Staff were welcoming and nice, beautiful and clean room. Took my grown son for a getaway and beds were comfy (2 x queens) bathroom was very modern and clean. Only negative was that during a shower, almost the whole bathroom area got soaked on the ground due to only a short glass petition. If towels and clothes placed on toilet seal they stayed dry but that doesn’t always feel hygienic. Kettle and tea/coffee facilities available. No microwave or toaster cutlery etc. Small mini fridge available. Order in service available if wanted. Central and close to shops, restaurants etc. Free underground parking. Would definitely stay again but probably go for a room that had breakfast facilities. Just for ease of not having to order in or go out of room.
