Summary: This apartment/hotel is in excellent condition. The apartment (one bedroom) is spacious and has everything one would need. If you like to be in the middle of everything you'll love this place. You can't get more central. You can't get more convenient. The reception is extremely helpful.

Summary: Spacious studio room. Nice to have the additional facilities. Washing machine for a longer stay is handy. Couldn’t get the clothes dryer to work. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days which is fine but just something to know. I did think it was odd that coffee/tea was not replaced. You just get the initial pods, even after housekeeping which i thought was a little stingy. Great location. Handy to the light rail/tram. Would stay there again or a sister property.

Summary: Location was excellent- walking distance to great restaurants and cafes in Surrey Hills and Darling Square. Stayed in one bedroom suite which was spacious and quiet.

Summary: Great stay in apartmenthotel in middle of China-town in Sydney. Buzzing and safe atmosphere at night with plenty of food options. Easy to go to Circular Quay with tram, stop just outside the hotel. Also, 10min walk from central station, perfect when planning to take the train to Blue Mountains. The rooms were quiet and spacious. Good beds. Good service also from staff. We would stay here again!

Summary: I have stayed at this hotel suite before and have been happy and satisfied every time. The staff is friendly and helpful, the accommodations clean and comfortable, the recreational facilities (pool, sauna, spa, exercise room) were clean and well-maintained, and I love being able to prepare simple meals in my room. I will stay here again in the future.

Summary: We stayed for 7 days and on the 4th day we had to change rooms because the toilet was leaking and there was a crack. We got another room but it was a studio and not a one bedroom like our original. There was an hour or so wait for a one bedroom to be available. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. Staff was accommodating.

Summary: Super accomodating hotel close to transit. I arrived around 0930 to drop off my luggage. To my surprise they let me check in early! They were also willing to store my luggage for a few hours after I checked out. Well stocked bathroom and kitchen. Laundry detergent provided and the machine was efficient. The only downside was the elevator was rather slow. However, there was plently of signage indicating there is an upgrade in progress.
