Positive: Location to the concert we were attending is unmatched Also close to food and drink very good. Place is clean, staff super friendly.
Negative: Wifi was poor, even when you could connect it was basically non existent, We had a suite that was obviously to big for our means and totally understand closing one of the bedrooms off, and one of the bathrooms (didn’t need them) but can we shut the downstairs bedroom/bathroom as everything else is on to higher level. One last thing the air con in the rooms is useless does next to nothing

Negative: The Prime car parking app system was frustrating & not user-friendly, though reception helped. On exit the boomgate didn’t recognise my car, calls weren’t answered & I only got out thanks to a resident with a pass letting me through.
