Negative: The bed in one of the bedrooms was very soft and sinking into the middle. We also had a few nights of noisy neighbors.

Positive: The house is located in a lovely community just up the hill from the beach. It was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The decor in the house was thoughtful and beautifully done. Check-in was seamless. All in all, an excellent value

Negative: The heat source on the main floor didn’t work (fireplace for the living room and kitchen). We weren’t able to reach anyone to ask for help on how to get the gas fireplace to stay on. The toilets are very low to the ground. My husband is 6’2” with a bad hip. The water heater was set to 120°, but by the time the water got upstairs to the showers, it was lukewarm. Between no heat and lukewarm showers, we were chilly.

Summary: Beautiful home centrally located for a great weekend of siteseeing

Negative: I wish the hot water would have gotten hotter than it was...on the plus side it didn't run cold either.

Positive: The house was adorable and the neighborhood was so wonderful!!!!!

Negative: I think the cleaner missed some things. She was still there when we arrived after 4pm and seemed to be in a rush. There was no broom in the house & with all the sand it was very needed. No sponge to do the dishes, no paper towels on the rack, not enough kitchen towels (especially considering there were no paper towels), & there was sand inside our bed sheets. Which obviously makes you question the cleanliness and if things were washed properly.

Summary: We loved the house and neighborhood & would stay again for those.
