Summary: I have stayed here many times over the years and usually found it to be pretty good. This trip however, was not up to scratch. The rooms are just a little tired and dated. I found trouble with showering as the hot water was brilliant in the day but not so good at night. I don't know if thats an issue with the room or too many people using shower etc. the room was stuck on cold. I set the heating to the highest setting and couldn't get the heating to work. I didn't really have time to mention it to staff. There are a lot of really nice top rated hotels nearby for similar pricing. The staff are wonderful and welcoming.

Summary: the room we had was directly facing the road and a pub it was extremely noisy all night and we had very little sleep but after explaining to reception we were moved to a quiet room with no outside noise so can thank the reception staff for their understanding very happy with this hotel the breakfast is worth the money with a good selection and plenty of food will definitely stay here whenever we are in Sydney again

Summary: The staff were really nice and helpful, especially the breakfast team, very professional. The Wi-Fi was terrible in the rooms but the staff gave us a mini Wi-Fi extender and it worked like a charm. Great location right by Chinatown.
