Positive: The house is super pretty, well designed and clearly newly renovated. Spacious and neat. With all the needed in the kitchen. Lovely location and close to Como. Also park courtyard parking is helpful. Eva and the owner were super helpful, they even brought a heating device to help with warming the house as well as left a champagne for us.
Negative: The only reason i am giving a 7 and not a 10 is because first 18 hours of our stay the house temperature was low. We did book very last minute on the day we arrived. So heating was just turned on. Outside temperature was close to zero and it took about 12 to 18 hours for the house to warm up. And we had to wear multiple layers. My suggestion is to book at least 24 hours in advance.

Positive: The apartment was very cosy and comfortable. One can see that it has been recently renovated. The pool is just great for kids, and the owner was really kind with us. Can only recommend this place if you want to explore the region.
Negative: The only thing I didn't like was the mosquitos...they were waiting for you to go out......this obviously has nothing to do with the apartment

Positive: Simply put: EVERYTHING. Quaint location yet near everything. Beautifully, tastefully and newly renovated property in pristine condition. Amazing beds, perfectly equipped kitchen, great showers and fantastically supportive management team, especially Wendy. Lovely owner too.
Negative: Honestly despite being a terribly demanding and picky family, no one of us has anything negative to say about this property!

Positive: The owner picked us up from the train station as we had had issues, then gave us a tour of the area and showed us bus routes. He entertained us with his own wine produce and olive oil, accompanied by amazing cheese and charcuterie. He couldn’t have been kinder and more accommodating. All the kitchen utensils and gadgets you could need and own pool. Very easy to get shopping delivered.
Negative: A car is probably essential as although bus is only 10 minutes to como, the last bus back up the hill is 8.20pm and taxis were scarce.
Summary: Relaxing, peaceful, amazing!

Positive: Very nice house with swimming pool, airco. Very well equipped with brand new inventory, kitchen with oven, magnetron, induction cooking plate. Warm welcome by the host, including antipasti tasting with products from his own farm. Very good beds and two bathrooms with rain shower. Swimming pool mostly suitable for (small) children and cooling dip :-). Nice view from the (shady) terrace (appt Vignale)
