Positive: It was convenient as it was next to Hive. The staff were exceptional. They were courteous and always ready to help out at any hour of the day. They had kept the rooms clean time their best capacity.

Negative: They need to find or pull up their washing person. A little more care and checks need to be in place to ensure the sheets and towels are spic and span.
