Positive: We truly appreciated Chef Santanu’s assistance, and the meal was excellent. Kumar offered outstanding service by graciously allowing us to take some pictures at the swimming pool. Almost all of the front desk personnel were very welcoming and helpful.
Negative: Everything was fine, aside from the refrigerator door being loose, which led to water spilling onto the floor.

Positive: Staff were gud and polite but can explain better esp during check in...before I visited once I had given 10 but now I give 8 Place was clean and comfortable Swimming pool was really good Food was good Staffs at restaurant (main ) were really good And house keeping staffs were really gud too.
Negative: Staff could have explained us better of the facilities of the place and bcoz of which we could not explore much and also we got lost(finding room and places),and they dint accompany us for showing the room and then they offered us coffee when I asked about it as I kind gesture but I feel it was unnecessary... could have just showed us to the room and explain better of the facilities would have helped us. Too expensive but once in a while stay is very gud Swimming pool was really good but temperature was really warm and I couldn't stay for long. I was not told regarding Gym or Spa so couldn't explore. If not for all of this I would highly recommend the place and give 10 . Overall everyone and everything in the property was gud ... except for a few things mentioned above.
