Summary: Asked if the WiFi was free on check in…was told “yes” however I had a suspicious $17.34 charge on my check out….said it was for WiFi.they apologized and reversed the charge….room service was a debacle taking an hour and a half to rectify….it was after 11pm so I ate cold food and a warm beer….a rather large dark brown stain on the bedcover…shower had hot enough water but bathroom sink only lukewarm

Summary: They were so great. We got off a cruise ship early and they let us check in early and have our breakfast the first day. Our plane left to early to have it on the day we left. We appreciated so much that they let us eat and check in early!! So life savers!

Summary: I booked through hotels.com and they could not find my reservation. I had to sift through all of my emails from hotels.com and marriott welcoming me to check-in to find my confirmation number before they could get me to my room. Then, I was given the wrong keys twice and told the wrong room number.

Summary: AC was not working well my credit card was taken at check in but when I ordered room service they asked for cash because I did not have a card number on file. Food and drinks were good. Shower designed by a man and not good.

Summary: My husband and I checked in and the staff were awesome. We was able to check in earlier than expected. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was great and so was the server. I will definitely stay again.

Summary: I think the air conditioning in the room was broken. We could not get a good night's sleep with it being so warm.

Summary: The room was a bit small. There was only one coffee pack for two of us. There was no cups in the bathroom etc. and the food in the restaurant was over priced and felt like airport food. The fish tacos fish was watery. The chicken sandwich chicken was about a quarter inch thick and did not even cover the sandwich. The fries were barely warm. The sandwich was dry. When we needed something additional, we noticed that the waiter was over texting instead of watching the tables. I literally could’ve got a better meal going to a fast food restaurant. It was very poor. The gym was nice. The staff was helpful. I didn’t really care for the parking situation going through a gate because when I got to the gate, the key didn’t work. It was supposed to give me free parking.
