Positive: Good location, good studio.
Negative: I don’t like the lock with a code. The door opens from the outside. I didn’t feel safe because I didn’t have much control over the door being opened. I prefer hotel doors that open from the inside and have multiple security locks. But everything was okay until the second-to-last day. On that day, there were some people in the apartment next door yelling, laughing loudly, and playing loud music (this started around 7:30 PM). A car pulled up and dropped something off for them. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel safe, and everything was so loud that I decided to leave and go to another hotel (around 10:30 PM), even if it meant spending more. It’s a shame I had that experience at the end. Unfortunately, I don’t recommend the studio as a first option in Miami, and even though it was okay at the beginning, I won’t be coming back.
Summary: It’s like your team is winning the game, and in the last 5 minutes, they blow the lead and lose.

Positive: Apartment is exactly as advertised. Everything is clean and new. Having the facilities to cook is a massive plus, particularly for a longer stay. Not much to do in the immediate area, but plenty of shops nearby and everything else is a short Uber ride away. Very safe neighborhood.
Summary: Unbeatable price for what you get.

Positive: Very modern and fully equipped kitchen with air fryer, NutriBullet, panini maker , coffee and espresso maker. The staff was highly responsive within minutes to any of my questions and concerns.
Negative: Can’t think of anything. This property is perfect for both short term and long term stays.
Summary: Modern, well stockedwith a superhost.

Positive: No carpeting on the floor and it was very clean.
Negative: It is located opposite a graveyard and this wasn’t mentioned anywhere on booking.com. The area is also quite dull. Not much going on for tourists

Positive: Cozy and cool. Everything you really need for a short stay where you don’t want to eat out all the time, close to the highway, great parking.
Negative: The listing said laundry onsite, but where we stayed there was not. Wasn’t a problem for us, but just odd.
