Positive: Good location and outdoor space. Parking right outside. Bright and airy house with good kitchen and dining area.

Negative: It was all good. We only booked for two people which worked well, but might have benefited from more comfy chairs if booking for six people.

Positive: The house was very comfortable and newly renovated. The house had fast Wi-Fi and the host provided yard games as well as the TV had Netflix and other streaming services installed. The house was exactly as described and was within easy walking distance to local shops, restaurants and cafes.

Negative: The house was faced a main road and there was a lot of traffic noise especially in the morning if you had the windows open, so we closed them to keep out the traffic noise. The main living room had air conditioning, however both bedrooms did not have AC so it might get a bit hot in the bedrooms during summer.

Positive: This property with its own kitchenette enables you to cook up a storm with all the cooking utensils required supplied and newly renovated kitchen and appliances, also close to many local breakfast eateries.

Negative: What didn't we like... this property far exceeded our expectations, and all the little extra details the owner added just made our stay feel more speciall and welcoming

Positive: It's a beautiful house, lovingly refurbished. The beds are really comfortable, the bathrooms are stunning. The whole house has been very thoughtfully fitted out. 2 minutes walk to the bus into oneroa and the shops and a restaurant, the perfect place to get away from it all. Communication was great. We'll definitely stay again.
