Summary: Mostly clean and comfortable with surprising quiet considering the hotel is located right on a busy main road. Convenient access to Eastwood's shopping and dining options via a nearby overpass (that has its own security guard). Bedsheets were an odd plasticky material, not entirely the comfiest but serviceable enough to sleep in. I had concerns about strong fragrances/fabric softeners prior to my stay (skin allergy issues) but fortunately the hotel keeps the linens (?) fragrance free. Was surprised to find my in-room safe not only broken but almost falling off its hinges, possibly due to previous guest? Check-out inspections could be more thorough. Maintenance was great about replacing the entire safe and helping with a plumbing issue. Also note that breakfast comes as an extra charge. Hotel was mostly well equipped otherwise: fully controllable air conditioning, very cold mini-fridge, free drinking water from a dispenser in the hallway. Friendly and promptly helpful staff and security, too.

Summary: Had difficulties checking-in due to no record of reservation. I reserved the hotel a couple of months ago. It took many phone calls and over an hour to confirm my room reservation. Btw, I received confirmation from message and email prior to arrival.
