Negative: The people on the floor above us had several children, and they ran back and forth from the window to the door until at least midnight. Also, the volume on the TV was too low, especially with the noise upstairs.

Positive: I was greeted and my sign in was seem less. We had a late check in. The room was clean. We needed an extra blanket and the front desk person brought it up within 5 minutes.
Negative: There should be softer lighting in the room. I didn't find the pillows comfortable.
Summary: It was an excellent experience and both desk managers were wonderful. Was very clean and felt safe!

Positive: The floor I was on was very quiet. The people who stay here don't seem like big party people or make a lot of noise. I like the shelf next to the window, my dogs love to lay there and look out the window.
Negative: I requested extra pillows and towels and they were not added to my room. I called them twice and told them I would not be arriving until very late at night so there was plenty of time for someone to add them to my room. I had to get my keys renewed twice because they were not programed for my 3 nights, they were only programed for 1 night. The light above my shower blew on the second day and the caulk around the faucet of the tub was cracked and it felt like it was going to pull out of the wall when you pulled on the knob for the shower. This is the second time we had a room like that, which you think it would be standard for the housekeepers to report to maintenance if you see anything wrong for them to fix it rather than leaving it to the guests to tell the front desk about. Also, they are very pricy with their pet fees compared to other hotels. It is $25 per dog, per night so I wound up paying $150 for my 2 dogs, rather than only $50-$100 for the entire stay like other hotels offer.
