Positive: The location is out of the way away from the roads we arrived on Christmas Eve and left Christmas day there was no hot breakfast items just cold and the coffee was really dark and tasted burnt
Negative: The swimming area wasn't comfy and the water was super cold and very dirty we could see oils on the top of the water and dirt in the corners at the bottom for an inside pool it sure looked like it was outside

Negative: Arrangement of the room was not conducive to watching TV. The sink should not be in the middle of the room. The bathroom sink had no space for anything to sit. This is supposed to be a suite. No closet for clothing and no plates or utensils. Picture attached of area that could have had a clothes hanger or coat hanger

Positive: Very fresh,clean and updated. As a pet friendly accommodation , Microtel make MY travel easier. The staff are so nice. I have stayed at the Rapid City site several times; always a restful, excellent experience.
Negative: No complaints.
