Summary: Fist the front desk was empty I had to wait 30 minutes just for him to have an attitude about me calling the office from the lobby to get help at the desk, I get my room after making an $100 deposit that was not mentioned when I booked the room, I was told I get that back in a few days, I checked out 4 hours earlier because of the smell, just to get home and fine that they changed me for my deposit, claimed he had pictures I was smoking in the room, which I wasn’t but they had to say something to keep my deposit, how do you have pictures of me smoking in the room? That creepy statement made me report it to my bank, I would not recommend anyone stay here

Summary: I didnt Like how the housekeeping woke me up at 10:00 am when I didn’t have to check out till 11 am. I love the whirlpool tub though!

Summary: Wonderful front desk people couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful..unfortunately while our room was clean looking.. it smelled overwhelmingly like dogs.. running ac made it worse.. rough night sleep! Need to address how rooms are cleaned that accommodate pets.
