Summary: Good food options, waffles and a hot option and several cold options, juice machine really broke down, but it was a quiet and comfortable stay. Very polite staff.

Summary: On the second day, someone accessed my room while I was sleeping. Let the front desk know and they did not seem overly bothered by the incident. For about a week the people above my room were very loud past 10 pm and the front desk did not seem to care that much about enforcing quiet hours.

Summary: I been at that location dozen times. on more than 1 occasion there is no remote or the AC didn't work. I'm in the Hospitality business also, and i know its hard work. but i feel like the staff is over looking the rooms sometimes. thank you.

Summary: There were no keys available for any rooms so we had to be let in by the front desk staff. This was true for every person staying in the hotel. The rooms were clean for this type of hotel in the bed was comfortable, however, the bathroom floors had not been washed, and that was evident by some of the stains around the toilet. The TV remote did not work and of the five different rooms that we as a family had at this hotel only one worked properly. No attempt was made to fix any of them. Our phone did not have a dialtone either and that was not a concern to the front desk. At breakfast there was no syrup and all drinks were significantly watered down. This is a working man’s hotel for the oil field, and several of the residents were upset by the lack of food. The price was reasonable, but we still expected many of the amenities that Are common such as a working TV and hotel keys as well as breakfast when it’s part of the package. The bed was comfortable otherwise it would’ve been a total loss. If I was back in town again, I would not stay at this hotel.
