Positive: The room was newly remodeled, spacious, and very comfortable!
Negative: There wasn't an elevator so getting to the second floor with more than one bag was taxing. I felt bad for an elderly couple that was trying to get their bag up the stairs as I was carrying mine up to my room.

Positive: Our room was a refurbished room, unfortunately, we are builders and former hotel owners, and could see that it was probably done by a maintanence person. But it was obvious they are trying to update the rooms.
Negative: When we went to check in to hotel there was a note that the desk clerk had to step away for 5-10 minutes. We understand that, but it was more than 20 minutes. I assume it was the manager, owner, maintainance person and he said he was working on door locks on second floor. Not sure if he has to do everything in hotel, but you must have someone available at the desk. It was between 4:30 and 5 that we waited. Later, he was in the breakfast room watching tv. Not impressed. Won't be staying there next time we go through there.

Positive: Very clean room. Pillows and beds were nice. No noise issues during the night. Breakfast was below average. Not enough selection or choice. Metal bed frames are extremely loud when you bump it. V

Positive: The lobby is welcoming and clean as well as the breakfast area which served standard complimentary items. The room was very clean, but not quiet. The bed was comfortable. The location had easy access to interstate and hi-way.
Negative: We could hear the people talking in the room next to us. The room had a sink/coffee bar area next to the bed, there were colored pegs to hang items but there was no place to hang clothes or towels.
Summary: In general, the hotel is very clean and has easy access to major roads.
