Features a fully stocked, high end kitchen that seats 4 and adjoining Dining Room that seats 10 around a beautiful antique farmhouse table. The great room is open with plenty of seating, high ceilings, a full bar, and floor to ceiling windows looking out over the grounds. A covered back patio with a gas range and stereo/tv setup up that seats 8 is perfect for enjoying a meal or drinks when the weather allows. Three bedrooms, including the master suite feature a king size bed, and another bedroom featuring two twin beds sleep up to 8 comfortably. The master suite offers a large bathroom with a stone walk in steam shower and jacuzzi as well as a private patio. The outdoor grounds are the product of 12 years of custom design by the owner and gives the house a very serene and peaceful feel. This is a lavish home that is top of the line across the board and is sure to impress. *Two night minimum is available at $500 per night plus fees.

Summary: While our athletes swam at Greensboro Aquatic Center, we were able to prepare food to deliver to them each day in this homes spacious kitchen. The short drive made it a pleasure to go back and forth each day. Beautiful home, very clean, lovely host who replied very quickly to questions. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: This is an absolutely magnificent property. My family was extremely pleased with the layout and amenities provided. Bedrooms were good size and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need for the Thanksgiving meal we prepared. The property host, Andy, was very responsive to our questions and needs. The paintings, sculptures, and family items made us feel at home. Top notch facility that we highly recommend to any group.

Summary: This mid-century modern house is absolutely stunning and thoughtfully decorated. Situated on a private lot along the golf course, it's just minutes from Sedgefield Country Club. The kitchen is well-equipped with double ovens, a gas stove, plenty of counter space and a built in gas grill outside, perfect for those who love to cook. There are several dining spaces to choose from, both inside and out. The living room is massive, and the primary bedroom is a true suite. Although the house features walls of windows and is located on hole 15 of SCC, the mature trees provide an excellent screen between the house and the golf course. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We rented this house for family attending our child’s college graduation weekend. There is plenty of room to spread out and the bedrooms are a great size. Good space for eating both indoors and out, as well as a very large central gathering place. The decor is eclectic/quirky. Kitchen is on the narrow side, but appliances are new. Linens were clean but a bit tired. Overall a good option for a larger and/or multi generational family who wants room to hang out for several days.

Summary: Our stay was great! We had a wonderful time in Greensboro, and the house was wonderful. We especially enjoyed spending time outdoors for dinner/relaxing, while having privacy. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: Lovely single level home perfect for a family with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.All bedrooms large and on one side of the house with a door to close for privacy or noise reduction. (we had our two grandchildren who went to bed earlier so this was a nice feature) Outside patio was very nice and shaded. Perfect location , very private and on the 15th fairway. Lots of parking. Andy was a great host and very responsive.
