Positive: The staff were very friendly and helped me to make a reservation call in korean for one of the tour packages I booked, really accommodating and helpful people. Really appreciated!
Negative: Nothing, for the price it was honestly really good and the location was close to some spots like Olle market and lots of nice restaurants. The bus stop is really near by foot and I was able to get everywhere by bus as a solo traveller on a budget. Great experience.

Positive: I recently spent two unforgettable nights at Mido Hostel during my summer trip to Jeju Island, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice of accommodation! From the moment I arrived, everything was simply perfect. The location is ideal – just a short distance from some of the most beautiful natural attractions, including waterfalls and parks, making it easy to explore the area without having to travel too far. The cleanliness of the hostel is impeccable. The rooms and common areas were spotless, which is incredibly important, especially when traveling. One of the highlights of my stay was the comfort of the bed. After long days exploring the island, it was wonderful to come back to a cozy and comfortable room. The bedding was clean and fresh, and the pillows provided excellent support.

Positive: Location was good, approximately 4 minutes walk from the number 282 bus stop to Jeju Intercity bus terminal. The dormitory room was big, privacy curtain, 2 electric sockets, en-suite 2 toilets and showers, security locker. Breakfast was good, bread, toast, pasta, potato, rolls, orange juice etc. Restaurant served meals and the first beer was free. Everywhere was spick and span.
Negative: Everything was great.

Positive: The staff was really nice! The parking is confusing because you're not allowed to park on the street, but the staff was very patient in explaining where I could go and giving me tips for driving on the island. They offer you free beer too! (I don't drink, but that was a sweet touch.) I stayed in the female dormitory and it was very private. And the location was great, super close to convenient stores.
Negative: I think I only had issues with the parking. It took me three attempts to find where I was allowed to park, and had to rely on the staff to direct me. Once it was figured out though, it was okay.
