Summary: This house was perfect for our NC family (4 adults, one child). In addition, our Memphis family (2 adults, one infant) visited every day, and there was plenty room for everyone. December weather precluded our using the outdoor area, but it could be very nice in warmer months. The five star rating is well deserved, and we would definitely consider staying there again.

Summary: Travelled to Memphis with my mom and sister for a conference. We wanted a house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each of us in a safe, walkable neighborhood and this Midtown Bungalow was perfect! The house itself was comfortable, spacious and charming. Loved the decor and ambience and tributes to Elvis and Dolly and others throughout the house! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and more than enough supply of the basics (TP, Papertowel, soap etc) for 5 days. We absolutely loved the outdoor space too -- enjoyed nightly debriefings on the patio or by the firepit. The neighborhood was safe and quiet (after driving around Memphis a bit, I would say this neighborhood is the best place to stay). The park across the street was fun to explore and the Overton Square area was a short and safe 10 minute walk with a good selection of restaurants. Downtown Memphis and most of the tourist sights were all 10-20 minutes away. If I ever come back to Memphis, I would stay here again!!

Summary: Everything was fine, one thing is that the remotes for the TV's weren't working correctly. I had to download an app to change the channels from my smart phone. Other than that is was a nice home and neighborhood.
