Negative: The beds were not very comfortable, the kitchen was poorly supplied for cooking anything. The apartment is dated.

Positive: The location was very good. Off street parking was great. The proximity to Midtown’s Overton Square was excellent. The apartment was roomy for 4 people.
Negative: The cooking facilities were not sufficient. Not enough cutlery (3 forks for a 6 person apartment), no toaster, only one small pot, no pan! And for international travellers, no kettle. The property was very tired patched paintwork, chips and marks throughout. The main television mounting was failing and so the television was hanging awkwardly from the wall.

Positive: The accommodation is very conveniently located near the center (only 10 minutes by car) and near the university. Also a few minutes walk away there are some restaurants and bars. The location is very quiet and in the large bedroom there is a very comfortable bed. We had felt very comfortable and very safe. In terms of price-performance ratio, this accommodation is highly recommended. Wishes were immediately met by a commendable quick response of the rental and the communication is perfect. Quick and very helpful. Really recommended.
Negative: Unfortunately, the sofa in the living room is defective, so you could not sit properly on part of the sofa. In the smaller bedroom upstairs, the mattresses were old and sagging, which had greatly reduced the comfort of the in-laws' sleep. The note after the first night to the rental was answered quickly, but with the content that the mattresses should be replaced after our departure, which was not very helpful for us. The response of the rental was ALWAYS fast and friendly, which we liked very much. Unfortunately, the air conditioning can not be operated or turned off directly, the air from this smelled a bit musty. In the showers, a renewal of the silicone seals would be recommended.
Summary: Despite the stated criticisms, we can still highly recommend this accommodation.

Positive: I love the room size the decor I love that it has a upstairs everything was wonderful and will book again it was secure nice and quiet I loved this property
Negative: I didn’t like that there’s wasn’t a t.v in every room and the face that they require you to basically clean the property before you leave even when you pay a cleaning fee but it was cool it was a nice quiet place I love it overall
