Positive: The kitchen was well stocked with appliances if a person wanted to cook meals, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and I felt safe/secure staying here. The rental price was excellent.
Negative: It was very complicated getting the codes and instructions for the building, the individual apartment, and the parking garage. There is no one on site, so it all had to be done thru my iPhone. Instructions were not available in advance, and it took over an hour after my long day of driving once I arrived — numerous texts and phone calls to get parked and into the apartment. The kitchen had everything one could possibly need; however the rest of the apartment was lacking in amenities. The television channels were all streaming, and the tv access in the bedroom didn’t work well. The washing machine had wet laundry left in it. The bedroom closet had pillows on the floor and bedding wadded up on a shelf, as if someone had been sleeping or hiding out in there. Overall, it was obvious that this apartment is being managed by absentee owners thru an apartment rental company that does not pay attention to details or cater to the customer.
Summary: An adequate place to stay, but don’t expect hotel-level accommodations.

Positive: I love the location. I was not too far away from restaurants. I was ten minutes away from the convention for Dream Con. I had access to the pool and the gym facilities. The neighbors were friendly and helpful when I was looking for the place inside.
Negative: I do not have much to say.
