Summary: Although somewhat dated, the property was good and had all the necessary facilities. It was a shame that the kitchen was dirty and needed a good clean. Otherwise the property would have been great. However the Supervisor was very apologetic and upgraded us to better and cleaner accommodation at no extra cost. We were very grateful and in turn had an awesome stay!

Summary: Convenient position, nice walk to waterfront. Close to shops. Comfortable bed, spacious room.

Summary: On arrival had to get all the bedding changed it was dirty and stained, booked for 3 people only had 2 towels asked for another they brought a tea towel. Took about 3 times to explain. No milk in the rooms

Summary: I had crisp clean sheets, which is normal. The shower curtain was moldy and needed cleaning or replacing. The TV didn't work well. I asked for new batteries for the remote, and was given batteries from another remote. I still couldnt get the TV to work properly. The lino is badly laid in the bathroom and toilet, which would make it difficult and time-consuming to clean well. I don't know what the other rooms are like. I was in Room 16.

Summary: We had no towels when we arrived, the staff kindly brought us some but half of them were still damp and had stains on them. The facilities are very dated and need a good clean.

Summary: Unfortunately my families stay was far from good. There was mould on the ceilings and window sills, the oven was filthy, the kitchen floor was sticky and slippery and it had not been mopped. The bathroom floor was just as sticky. The carpets too were sticky and needed a proper carpet clean,our white socks turned black just from walking on the carpet Broken dusty curtains. Lack of cutlery, pots and pans. Broken door handles.! No housekeeping was done at all, the heating was minimal that we had to use the dirty oven to heat the room. Overall terrible.
