Our near new modernTownhouse is perfect for guests either on a stopover or those wanting a longer stay. Upstairs houses the master bedroom with Kingsize bed, ensuite and walk in wardrobe, second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has twin beds. The second family bathroom includes a bath, tiled shower and toilet. Downstairs is the fully equipped modern kitchen and open plan dining and living area and a separate toilet. The separate laundry has a Washing Machine, Dryer and Tub. A portable cot and highchair available on request. No charge for children 5 and under. There is a single garage and off street parking.
The location couldnt be better. The townhouse is a 2 minute walk from Petone's popular and vibrant Jackson street where there are multiiple shops, cafes, bars and restaurants offering nearly every variety of cuisine. Petone Beach and the unique Lighthouse Cinema are less than a 5 minute walk. Multiple Bus Stops are nearby and it's a 12 minute walk to the Train Station which will take to Wellington CBD or Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt and the Wairapa in the other direction. Two large supermarkets and the Big Box Stores are all very handy and situated at the lower end of Jackson Street.

Summary: Joanna was so helpful and responsive when we were planning our stay. The apartment was presented equivalent to that of a 5 star hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect. It took us 30 minutes via train from the stadium back to the apartment after the rugby and lovely cafes are only a 5 minute stroll away. However the apartment was lovely and quiet being so central. We highly recommend.

Summary: We all live in Wgtn, but spend a weekend in Petone every year. This property is perfect for a weekend away. This is the 2nd weekend we have had at this property and we have enjoyed it very much.

Summary: We loved this VRBO. It is better than in the photos. Perfect location to take the train into Wellington. Beautifully furnished, high end linens, and the owner has thought of everything you may need for your stay. We appreciated actually connecting with the owner in person to chat about the area and get house instructions etc. It is deserving of MORE than 5 stars. Perfection in our books.

Summary: House was beautiful, we all enjoyed the stay. Only downside was the shower instantly filled with water due to poor drainage and were all too scared to use as warned about electrical surging, and the lights from building in car park next door lit the room up at night. We all loved everything about the house though and had a fabulous time, beds comfortable and great communication. Need to sort shower out so can be used normally though. Would defo stay again

Summary: On a 1 month road trip this is the best place we stayed in. It was absolutely perfect. Close to the city in a charming suburb we enjoyed the calm and the privacy of this house. Nothing was missing to make our stay pleasant. We would definitely recommend this warm house. A luxury retreat.
