Summary: We arrived to the receptionist busy on the phone ,she didn't even look up to acknowledge us . She checked us in but given us little information on how to use the key in the lift,other guests showed us how to use the lift . Our room smelled very badly if smoke ,which we reported straight away. Hannah was the lady that dealt with the complaint,she responded very quickly and offered us another or the cleaner to come and freshen the room , instead we asked for more towels,a hairdryer and and iron which she supplied to us After that our stay was fine

Summary: The location was really good as its a short walk from the tram free zone. Parking needed to be reserved earlier,which should have been mentioned. Property condition was not great as dishwasher handle was broken (they gave us complimentary cleaning after they told me) and there was a small hole in the wall behind my bed which I feel should have been fixed. Also 1 bedroom had no window or mode of aur circulation at all. 2 bedrooms had a common bathroom, which again should have been mentioned. I probably wont stay in the same property again. There should be better options around.

Summary: It was a confusing lift and parking system. I was charged for a later check-out, and the customer standing next to me wasn't. Outside area of apartment was dirty with broken glass and razor blades lying around
