Positive: shirley’s communication and the apartment itself was amazing for me and my partner for the one night, everything was as expected and the view was crazy at night and we enjoyed using the amenities that were included as well! everything went very smoothly and quickly too all the checking in and checking out procedures!

Positive: Location is excellent, so close to Southern Cross station and the Skybus. Amazing views across Melbourne and the apartment is quite new and modern. Amazing communication from Shirley and she was very flexible with early check in request.
Negative: Keys were picked up from an office down the street - unfortunately they also store luggage so we had to queue for quite some time to be able to get our keys as lots of people were picking up their luggage at the same time. Don't think it would be an issue most days but on a Sunday afternoon we were queued down the street. If you aren't spending a lot of time in the apartment like us it worked well but otherwise spacewise it's a bit cramped for 3 or 4 people. The lounge area is a bit squishy for multiple people and sharing the bathroom got a bit tiresome juggling between all of us.
