Positive: The location was excellent. Close to pubs serving food, shops, cafe's and a Chinese take away. We ate in 2 of the local pubs, both of which were good but quite busy. We managed to get tables at both but people were being turned away so probably best to make a reservation. Mention too for the owner, Steve, who was very helpful giving us info on local taxi and responding quickly to a minor issue when we arrived. He also messaged on our departure day to say we didn't have to check out early.

Summary: Perfect stay in a lovely cottage in a great location. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Positive: this cottage was delightful, it was cozy but well equipped. We were thrilled with the spacious bedroom on the upper level with a ensuite bath. The location was ideal on the central square of the town, close to the pub and a short walk to the Co-op grocery store. We were able to walk 10 minutes from the unit to the start of the hike to the waterfalls. We appreciated the parking right in front of the unit.

Negative: The bathroom, cooking and eating areas are very compact, so you have to be organised. We expected this prior to our stay, so not a problem. Good sized bedroom and lounge.

Positive: Lovely cottage which is well equipped for a short stay and an idea location. Lots of nice touches and a lovely welcome from Steve the owner. Would stay again.
Negative: Minor things only to perhaps improve it a bit. Little bit of a musty odour perhaps due to age. Probably ready for a decorating make over and even a new (darker) carpet. Wouldn’t let any of this put anyone off though.
