Summary: This is a very nice barn conversion. The location of the property is really perfect to enjoy all the surrounding beaches and it's also very close to Salcombe. It's also very well equipped in the kitchen. A nice property for a big family or a group of friends.

Summary: Follow the instructions to the property that are sent to you with the booking as it will avoid you taking some very narrow lanes. Great parking at the property. Loading and unloading outside the property is easy. The property is immaculate and the owners are on hand to help and advise should you need it. The family are very friendly and live next door. The provision of kitchenware and ovenware is first class. It's so easy to cook indoors and host guests, also the barn layout upstairs works really well for big groups. Three dishwashers and 2 kitchens in the property work well; all the bathrooms are first class. It is warm in the property even without the log burner. Bedrooms downstairs are quiet to sleep in. We didn't get much use out of the games room as it's across the road, but I imagine with small children playing in the field across the road and dogs if you have them, it would be a good place to go particularly in summer. To be honest we couldn't fault this property. Pre book taxis if you need them and restaurants too. Read the information book in the property for ideas of places to go. Take good supplies of food and drink with you and you will have a great time.
