Summary: View and location were outstanding. However property needs few improvements and important items to be added for the property. Not enough kitchen items.

Summary: Right when you open the front door, you have a great view of the beach with floor to ceiling windows in the Kitchen. The home setup is extremely cozy and there are so many areas for the family to gather. There is only one full bath in the house and a separate full bath in the basement with a little kitchenette and laundry room. The basement bathroom can only be accessed from outside and we believe it was done this way so you're not tracking the beach in the house when you need to use the bathroom or wash off the sand. The beach is very clean and there was a good amount of beach equipment to use. CONS: The home could've used a better cleaning service, unfortunately we found bugs everywhere. Upon arrival the Trash Bin was full, the Bathroom Door in the house didn't lock, a couple Bedroom Doors got stuck when opening and closing making a lot of noise, the Deck Sliding Door got stuck and sometimes took two people to open and close it, the picnic table near the bonfire was broken, and the home doesn't have AC. PROS: The bathroom in the house is decently sized and there was a great bidet on the toilet, the view from the kitchen - two bedrooms - one living room was spectacular, the two flat screen TV was a smart TV and had a bunch of streaming apps, the family room had a pull out sofa bed, there was so much lighting throughout the house, there was an anchor chain on the beach to tie up your floaties so they don't fly away, there was rocking chairs on the wooden deck and a patio couch set on the middle deck. When mentioning the cons to the Host he received the feedback very well and promised to improve these issues before the next renter. We understand rental homes can see a great deal of wear and although some of these things were a nuisance it didn't outweigh the pros of the location, home, and trip. We would definitely consider renting this listing again.

Summary: The house is great, right on the beach, comfortable, with great views from the front rooms and gorgeous views from the kitchen. The house has only one full bathroom though - the "second bathroom" is more like a bathroom stall in the basement (access from the outside) where there is a convenient mini kitchen that served as good support for the BBQ area. A few small issues, like the trash cans being full when we checked in, the BBQ grill not being clean, and the coffee machine a little finicky. Other than that, it was a great weekend and we would definitely come back!
