Positive: Absolutely everything. Location and view across the lock was absolutely stunning. The cabin itself was beautifully clean and very well appointed, with everything that you could need. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had a query. Couldn’t ask for more - will return!

Positive: This place is amazing! So peaceful and quiet, we felt totally relaxed. The views are beautiful, really breathtaking. The Boath House restaurant is just a 1 minute walk away and it's great, delicious food and big portions. I highly recommend staying here!
Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave! I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Positive: The view over Loch Tay was great. The lodge is in an ideal location. It was very clean, and had a nice cosy atmosphere. The electric log burner was a delight in the evenings. The kitchen was ever so well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure. There are some lovely villages nearby to visit - Fortingall, Glenlyon (try the tea room),, Killin and there's a wonderful converted church cafe at Crianlarch that has to be visited. Not too far from Loch Lomond, Aviemore or Glencoe either.
Negative: The lodge doesn't have Wi-Fi, however that wasn't a problem for us as we hotspotted data. There are some very annoying speed bumps as you come into the area so watch out for those. The activities on site are actually rather expensive.
