Positive: Service level above and beyond expectations. We forgot an e-reader in a drawer, and Mina went out of their way to coordinate delivery to a future destination of ours, so we can reunite with our lost gadget. Much appreciated! Cao Bang is a bit away from the beaten tourist path, which is nice. You will need to drive a bit to get to the attractions though.
