Summary: Could not even unload our luggage barely had enough room to walk in front of the bed. It was clean will give them that but will never pay almost $200 again to stay there.

Summary: The hotel was I. Town so convenient for meals. Also close to the South Rim of Black Canyon of the Gunnison. The room was recently renovated but was comfortable and roomy.

Summary: It is conveniently located just outside of town. When there was a mistake as to picking up the key, the issue was quickly resolved. The one thing that we could not overlook was the substantial downslope in the floor, running from the door to the bathroom. My elderly mother with a bad knee and back had a hard time navigating the room because the slope was significant.

Summary: We stayed here as part of a longer trip. The rooms were recently updated and the beds were comfortable. Best of all, the service was excellent! Anything we needed, they took care of quickly. Extra pillows, utensils, etc. I would definitely recommend staying here if stopping in Montrose!

Summary: Loved this place! Great communication beforehand. Nicely renovated motor lodge—room had all necessary features and accommodated a later check in as I was coming from Black Canyon. Grab and go breakfast was fine. All staff were super friendly!

Summary: Excellent spot for my Colorado travels. Close to national park, local restaurants. Very clean. Coffee and continental breakfast in morning. Great owner with his wonderful little dog.

Summary: Room has had recent remodel. Had mini fridge, microwave, quiet AC, reliable WIFI, spotlessly cleaned. Parking lot area made for compact cars. Difficult to find daily park spot. Would give 5 stars, except for poor parking availability.
