Summary: We were in town to watch some college baseball. Peggy greeted us when we arrived and made us feel welcome. The Mini Monarch is a quaint place with all the amenities needed for a few days’ stay.This was our first trip to Deland and we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Needed a place to stay so I could visit with my daughter who attends Stetson University. This was 5 mins away- perfect location. As soon as my daughter saw the place, she wanted to stay the night with me instead of her dorm. As soon as you open up red gate door, you are welcomed into a warm and happy place. Good Vibes Only! Special touches all around. Perfect for single/couple who want something different from a hotel stay. 5 stars- Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Peggy was great with communication and all instructions. Although our stay was brief, it was the perfect place. It was clean, cozy, freshly updated and fully stocked.
